Welcome to the Bethel Youth Soccer Association’s 6th Annual Columbus Day Weekend Tournament.

Location: Bethel Educational Park utilizing fields at the Bethel High School, Middle School and Berry School. Directions will be mailed to you upon acceptance to the tournament.

Ages & Format: The tournament will be a Boys and Girls U-9 thru U-13 Tournament with trophies awarded to the first and second place teams of U-11, U-12 & U-13 divisions and participation awards for U-9 and U-10 teams.

Games & Times: Each team will play four games, two on each day. Games will be consist of two 24 minute halves with a 5 minute half time.

Team Rosters: All players participating must have valid passes and is open to all eligible teams. All players must possess a valid player pass. All participants must be on an official certified roster. Game formats will be comprised as follows: U-9, U-10 & U-11 (8v8) and U-12 & U-13 (11 v 11). Teams will be limited to roster sizes of 18 players for U-9 & U-10 and 20 players for U-11 and above.

Entry Fee: An entry fee of $350.00 for all teams is due with the application and are non-refundable once a team has been accepted. In the event the tournament is canceled due to weather conditions, a $25.00 administration fee will be charged to all teams.

Deadline: The registration deadline is September 4, 2009. Openings are limited. We will accept teams on a first come basis so please register early.

Protests: No protests will be accepted.

Patch Exchange: This will be a patch tournament.
